However, the room cleaning service on weekends needs improvement, some staff need training, and the room had maintenance issues like falling towel bars and weak shower pressure. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for some enhancements.

Wow, just stayed at a hotel in dc near the capitol building and union station 🇺🇸. The most valuable aspect was the super cozy rooms with a handy tablet 📱. The breakfast was rather poor with veggie-unfriendly setup 🤦, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. Smiles all the way 😊.

The location was convenient for exploring the Mall and museums. The staff worked hard to accommodate guests during these challenging times. The room was comfortable with excellent wifi.

This clean hotel has a nice lobby. Lots of food at the buffet breakfast. Easy check-in, fairly friendly staff from the doorman who was super friendly to the accommodations.

Playful banging from the water closet really got the party started, thanks to a funky water valve. No spa-like showers, but improvised bird baths in the sink did the trick.

The location's proximity to landmarks like the Supreme Court and the White House made for enjoyable family bonding experiences. The relaxing facilities added to our overall enjoyment.

The stay was absolutely comfortable. Excellent breakfast, fairly clean and quiet hotel. The staff was pleasant and provided good service.

The staff was efficient, the room seemed to be well-appointed, excellent service. Rooms with a neat iPad and the most comfortable beds, for example. Though you guys made our stay good, beds were not very comfortable. Plenty of good food for meals.

The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a pretty nice area, next to the Capitol, museums & monuments. Great dishes, central location. Stopped by Starbucks to get some coffee and treats, it's very close to the venue, recommend.

Despite encountering an unfriendly receptionist upon check-in, the bed in the room was incredibly comfortable. Despite the lack of room service and cleanliness issues, the bar staff were friendly, and the conference facilities and WiFi were excellent. The valet parking was chaotic, but the doorman and friendly receptionist provided a warm welcome.

The hotel's Art Deco design was enchanting, with elegant furnishings and soothing color schemes. The spacious lobby and common areas had ample seating, making it easy for us seniors to take a rest and soak in the ambiance. Location was mind-blowing, with an amazing view of Capitol House and easy access to 'The Mall'. Staff were super courteous from the doormen to the manager who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The room was clean and had the comfiest bed ever, plus a jaw-droppingly spacious bathroom with a bench in the shower. The lobby was gorgeous and the on-site restaurant/bar had good service and accommodating staff. We loved using the KEYPR phone app to open our door, adding a cool touch to our stay. a super stay with great amenities such as free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, and more.
